My other half and I completely week three this morning, really proud!

How have people found the transition from 3 to 5 minutes in week four? I have been a bit anxious about it as I was struggling a little bit with week 3.

I will try my best and if I can do it, then I will!

I tried week 4 run 1 on Thursday but the heat made it a disaster so I ended up reverting to a week 3 run. I tried again today and it wasn't half as bad as I expected. Just take it easy.

I did Week 4 Run 1 last Monday and it was awful, I had to walk even during the 3 minute runs. I went back out and repeated it (instead of moving on) on Friday after deciding I needed a few days off and it was still a struggle, I completed the 3 minute runs but had a brief walk during the 5 minute runs. I went out again today for run 2 though and smashed it 😊. I would advise to just try it without any expectations and see how you go, if you don’t manage it first time try again 😊
