I've just this minute come off the treadmill after doing W2R1! It was slightly harder than the week one runs but not massively so, and I couldn't do the breathing pattern that she suggested (in for 4, out for 4) but the actual run was fine. So don't worry about it and go for it!!!
Just keep doing what worked for W1 Slow and steady, keep in mind less than 10% graduate in 9 weeks/with distance. If you feel like you 'just cannot do it' in ANY week or day - well, think of what you would say to someone saying that to you about a week or day you yourself have already ticked off
It is my firm belief that barring illness, accident or Dr's orders anyone who survives day on week one can make it to Graduation - as long as they don't get hung up on 'having to do it in nine weeks with 5K in thirty minutes ' though
