I've just this minute come off the treadmill after doing W2R1! It was slightly harder than the week one runs but not massively so, and I couldn't do the breathing pattern that she suggested (in for 4, out for 4) but the actual run was fine. So don't worry about it and go for it!!! ;-)

Just keep doing what worked for W1 :) Slow and steady, keep in mind less than 10% graduate in 9 weeks/with distance. If you feel like you 'just cannot do it' in ANY week or day - well, think of what you would say to someone saying that to you about a week or day you yourself have already ticked off :)

It is my firm belief that barring illness, accident or Dr's orders anyone who survives day on week one can make it to Graduation - as long as they don't get hung up on 'having to do it in nine weeks with 5K in thirty minutes ' though :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future :)
