I am on week 2 of c25k, I really love it and I enjoy it. I guess like all newbies to running some people look ahead at the following weeks and right now I am very nervous about week 7 🥺🥺🥺 Anyone else?

Don't worry about what's ahead concentrate on the week your on , by the time you get to wk7 you'll have done all the practice you need to complete it believe in the plan and yourself 😊

I have deliberately tried not too look past the week I am on; instead trying to focus on the run I am currently on.

I have run 3 of week 6 as my next run, I honesty never thought I'd be able to run for 10 minutes let alone 25 (which is my next one) but this program prepares you well, just take each run as it comes, don't worry about what lies ahead and trust that it works.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Just take it one run at a time.

Enjoy your journey.
