Whoop Whoop another run done. W4R2

The red arrow is more or less where the bell rings.

After the run I felt like a train wreck, but I am managing to run when she says run and keep running. I am trying to concentrate on breathing and not pant like a rabid dog.

I am also beginning to enjoy all the hills, because I know there is a straight or downhill over the top.

The photo shows the relative flat bit 😬

Monday closes week 4

All the best P N

PS Here it a little hint, Don’t party till 2:30 and expect the run to be easy. 🤔 Next week I will run on a Sunday, not the morning following the boys night out.

Amazing run and beautiful scenery... I would have to dig deep and stay strong to keep away from what I’m dreaming is delicious wine as a result of those grapes!! 😊

You’re 2 runs ahead of me so keep on running ahead and keep us all inspired( even though my reward is a banana not those Italian grapes.....)🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🌟

I normally finish with a banana and half a gallon of water.

I actually feel better in myself, yes I ache a little. But through the week I have more energy. Maybe because I am not carrying an additional 5K of fat

Very well done on that loss...you’ve gained so much more in other ways which is incredibly motivating!! 🌟

Whoohoo! Good going! Today, I realized what you meant about when the lady starts talking and you get the false hope that you’re done! 😅 She started talking 2.5 mins in and I thought yay! And then realized there was another 2.5 mins to go. The despair! I found it hard to keep going at that particular point. I think my head was not quite in it today because at one point I got confused and thought I was only having to run for 90 seconds. I wish!

Yeah, it throws me and then I need to get back into my stride. Run keeper does the same, it can tell you your speed, distance etc at intervals. I found it is better to keep the info in silent.

I want to look at what is expected of us after our next run 😬😬 But I know it is going to be so baaaad 😱

Yep, agreed. I remember stuff about having to run without bobbing up and down behind a hedge, I was just concentrating in surviving until she started talking again, bobbing or not.

The only thing I want to hear when I am running is, Ok you can walk now

When I am running I am concentrating on staying alive 🙃

And bobbing behind hedges!!! it won’t be my head bobbing that catches their attention, it will be the sound of an old man wheezing and panting as he tries to run to some funky music...

😂 Bobbing along, bobbing along, oh oh oh oh bobbing alooooooong. You can sing that to to tune of Stayin Alive and it works. But staying alive is equally relevant on these runs...!

Oh my life,, week 5 today!! I need to come and see how you do.

The scenery is fab, but the mosquitoes will soon spoil it. They also grow rice here and the mosquitoes flourish in the paddy fields

Well done, PN! Your scenery is very green from all that rain. I ran on the morning of New Year's day in 2017, and I kissed the tarmac hard. Still have the scar to prove it. My friends said I was still drunk from the night before.

I will not be very impressed if I fall over. You can expect a long ranting post if it happens.

At least there are no curb stones out here

I was laid flat by a pot hole. I glare at it every time I see it.

In Italy we have potholes with a little bit of road connecting them..

Fortunately in the vineyards there are only grapes and mud
