W3R1 - Hot, sweaty & very red!

OMG, first 1.5 min good, 1st 3 min run good, 2nd 1.5 min run good and 2nd 3 min run WTF (apologies). Did it, didn't stop but not gonna lie it was tough. I now know what is ahead of me for the next two runs so will have to get my head round that last 3 mins.

It didn't seem like a big jump which is good, the gradual increase is working and am determined to keep going.

Now need to go walk the dog 😣😣

I remember that feeling. My first run of week 3 I felt like someone had shot me in the legs when it came to the second 3 min run

Well done getting through it though; a lot of it is mental strength.

I think that this approach to c25k is not for everyone. Sometimes you can’t do the next run or struggle with the existing one, there is nothing stopping you from repeating the one you struggled with until you feel more comfortable. Although to see the gain your next run does have to put you out your comfort Zone.

Either way well done

Stay fit stay well
