Up early to go and do my first run of W3 but I'm nervous and very worried that I will not manage the 3 min run. I'm going to give it a go but have a feeling I won't be able to keep going for 3 mins...wish me luck !

Really nervous W3R1
You got this, good luck! Just remember to go at a slow pace and I'm sure you'll be able to do the 3 mins!
You can do it! I completed week 3 last week - starting week 4 tomorrow!
The 3 minutes were hard at first but it got easier. The main thing I did was slow down - it made it so much easier and more enjoyable. Good Luck
Do t be nervous 😟 just find a sustainable pace and follow the instructions
Good luck🏃🏾♀️👍
I thought that last week but made it through. Going to start week for at 9am. Good luck x
Trust the programme. You have been running regularly for two weeks now. You're body is ready for this. It's challenging but not too much that it is beyond you.
Each week now you are going to push yourself further than you thought you could. The structure of the programme allows this. Enjoy the experience of surprising yourself with what you can achieve.
Just finished w3 start w4 soon tho running on a treadmill so wondering if I should graduate to outside before tackling week 4. Good luck though I felt a real sense of achievement this week in managing 3 mins it felt hard but the 90 mins felt easier by r3!
Trust the plan and believe you can do it... slow and steady
Hey Dawnie keep doing your best- look how far you’ve already come! 🚶♀️🏃♀️
OMG I did it !! Thought my lungs were going to explode on the first 3 min run but felt a bit better on the second one...i feel so chuffed that I have actually ran for 3 mins !!
The very worst that can happen is that you do not manage to complete the run...................so you have a rest day and try again, like thousands before you.............Far worse things happen....Donald Trump is still US president, global warming is melting the ice caps, I have lost my running watch................
