W5R2 - starting to believe in myself

It was another beautiful morning and we arrived at 7am, being an hour later and a weekend meant that the prom was much busier than on a weekday but there did seem to be quite a camaraderie between all the joggers!

I'm not going to lie and say that I'm finding this whole process easy, because I'm not, it's a huge challenge physically and mentally to keep myself running but I do keep on surprising myself, I must have inner reserves of grit and determination hitherto unfound! Having reached the halfway point of this programme, I definitely have to finish and then I think I would like to carry on, as it's an activity that hubby and I, along with the hounds, can do together!

So Monday brings the next challenge of 20 minutes of non stop running, I know the mantras "slow and steady" and "just keep moving forwards", I just need to believe!
