Hi everyone. I hope you're all well and moving forward. Ok so I've just completed Wk 6 Rn 3 and feeling really positive. I just wanted to share some positivity, when i first started c25k I was depressed, withdrawn and felt lost.

But now that I am out running things are getting much better. My cloths are looser,i have more energy and my mental health is on the up.

Sorry for being soppy, but c25k has changed my life!! I think people need to see messages like this, were in this as a team, so let's keep moving forward, one run and one step at a time :)

You're all amazing!! Be proud of yourselves for embarking on this journey!! :)

so pleased you are enjoying the benefits of doing the program....its brilliant how much confidence and self-esteem it gives you as well as improving your fitness and giving you a focus to improve your health.

Yes, we are a team, all running together and supporting each other all the way.

Onwards and upwards 😊 xx

Take Week 7 nice and steady, you are learning to pace yourself now...

Lovely post. And yes, the changes aren’t all physical are they??... i’d spent years hating my body - hating the way it looked and the ways in which it let me down (chronic back pain). But since doing C25K I can appreciate it for the wonderful piece of equipment that it actually is👍

Loving that positivity! I'm so happy to hear it's changing your life, and I'm hoping to stick with it and see the same for myself! I'm already seeing some great benefits in week 4 and can't wait to see what happens if I just keep at it. :) Thank you for your inspirational post!
