Lovely cool, clear morning! Only about 18C. Staying at my girlfriend’s place and she came out with me! She runs a bit and walks a bit and works out faster! Tried not to let her put me off my slow and steady, breathing under control pace!
Delighted to get through, actually did an extra minute trying to catch up!
Off to Sydney this afternoon, hope to squeeze in another outing over the weekend. 4 grandchildren! Hopefully I’ll still have some energy!

Ducked out of running in the heat yesterday (couldn’t figure out what to wear) but determined to tackle the penultimate run this evening, whatever the weather!
Lol Sarararara! I live in Queensland it’s only a 1.5 hour flight to Sydney. Wear shorts and a singlet and a cap!
Haaaah hadn’t clocked that we were such a global bunch! Ok so less chance of jet lag!

Global for sure - am currently in middle east, and will probably end up doing my final run in India - but have done most of this programme in UK! Hope the day got cooler....
Oh I feel so provincial- my penultimate run was done in the same place as all the others!
However the weather has veered from Scandi snow to Mediterranean heat over the last 3 months.
