W9R2 ... first run in the fog

[Wizziewood]

Just back from my first run in fog! A bit eerie when the grazing rabbits shot off under the hedges and a flock of pigeons took off close by all out of sight, but good to hear the green woodpecker laughing at me as usual and Mr Chiff Chaff 'chiff chaffing' from his usual tree. I wish I could say the wildlife distracted me from the gremlins hanging onto the back of my thigh muscles, I was running very slowly but my legs just wanted to do shorter and shorter paces.

Well, just one more run with Laura, planning to do that Monday, and then I'll call myself a Runner!

Thanks, forgot to mention the Lesser spotted woodpecker drumming in the distance and the pretty little pied wagtails dancing in my path when I was doing my five minute warm down walk!
