Of course you can repeat it, your the boss, however why not try W2R1 and if it’s too much then stop and repeat week one again. You never know until you give it a go. Well done on completing week 1

Give w2 a go! You'll be amazed just how much completing w1 will have improved your endurance 👍

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! Take a challenge, give W2 a go! 🤗👊

I think you should move on to the next one. Why repeat if you completed?

The runs prepare you for the following run, and however it does it, it works.

Trust the programme. You can do it 🤗

You may, but there is no need, You completed the runs, and the structure of the programme is such that, as long as you take it steadily and slowly , then you will be fine.:)

If you do not complete, then of course, repeat... you need the runs, to build up to the next; but too many repeats can overtire you.

Move on... think snail on a go slow and you may be pleasantly surprised...:)

I felt the same this time last week....i was seriously thinking of redoing week 1 but I took everyone's advice and I completed week 2 yesterday ! You will be surprised 😁😁

I felt exactly the same before my w2r1 run yesterday, and had been considering staying on the w1 60-second runs for a bit longer, but decided to go for it. Funnily enough, by taking it even slower than I had been, I actually found yesterday easier than the w1 runs :) So my advice would be to go for it!

I thought the same, but managed W2R1 yesterday morning, and didn’t find it too bad. Good luck which ever you decide xx

I was very worried too, but a slightly longer run means you get a better rhythm and legs and breathing are actually easier to keep going. Just try it!

If you complete the runs (however slowly) then there’s no need to repeat.

Every week I doubted whether I would be capable of stepping up the following week, but it’s always possible and I’m on W9 now!

Echoing what is said above. You might not think you are ready for week 2. But if you completed week 1 then you will be!

Every week I’ve looked at the following week’s programme and thought “no, can’t do it”. And every week I’ve done it.

Just finished week 4 and dreading week 5. But I have faith in the programme, my ability to run slowly and my own stubbornness!

Don't be scared, you can do it. Just follow the program, you'll be amazed at what you can do.

I think we all felt like that. I know I did. I think it's the fear of the unknown. I did it and it was fine - I'm due to finish R3 on Sunday. Good advice below - give it a go - you can always repeat W1 if you struggle with it. Good luck whatever you decide.
