I was feeling positive after feeling proud of myself after run 1, however this was much harder today than I remembered !!! However look sweaty and knackered but completed it eventually !#thank god for rest days

I also really struggled doing my 2nd runs on wk1 so much so i had to have a bath with some radox as soon as i got home i was in so much pain! Done day 3 today and was super surprised to find it a lot easier today only really struggled on the 7th and 8th runs so good luck keep going hopefully its d3 eaaier for you too
The weather can't be helping either! Well done on starting. Take it very slow and you will do it in fine style.

Great going Margaret! I did my second run yesterday too and i certainly ‘felt it’ more! I was a deep shade of purple for the rest of the evening! Keep going and keep posting, you’re spurring me on and it’s reassuring to know that there’s others out there going through this together. Have a super weekend...when are you next on a run?
I found run 2 harder but run 3 easier! Also on week one... Week 2 starts on Monday. We can do this!!!!
Im also starting wk 2 on monday fingers crossed it goes ok with having a few days break from running i think my only advantage is im working all weekend im a baker so on my feet all day and lifting so helps keep me in it some what would love to start w2 tomorrow but know i will be to tired after a 6am start which i also have on sunday so monday it is good luck
