Yep I’ll be still trying to do the three runs a week but I’ve realised that all the impact may not help so may have to drop the schedule sometimes

Good to see you back... hope the back settles down or you can find something to do that will help it.

Somebody on here recommended a book by McKenzie about backs which I’ve now bought and it’s really helpful, glad to be back running albeit a little more carefully 😀

Welcome back! (Possibly the wrong choice of words....)

Take it easy and look after yourself. An injury is a bitter pill to swallow when you want to get fit and move on with your cohort, but you're better off doing less and sticking with it than putting yourself out of action and having to stop again (lesson learned from experience!!!)

Hope it all goes well :)

Thanks, I’ve bought the McKenzie back book and got some good exercises to do, guess it may take me longer the nine weeks but I think I’m learning to listen to my body now and not overdoing it,still aiming to start parkrun by early summer tho 👍😀
