Well I’ve done week 1 day 2!! I need to lose weight and have problems with my liver, but also suffer with ME. I’m hoping to carry on, even if I repeat the same week over and over again! I need to give myself a massive kick up the backside and do this!!!

Sometimes those of us with health issues can find 'reasons' why we can't do it but if you take it slowly and follow the programme i'm sure you will find that you can do it! (Obviously I assume you are medically ok to do it).

Good luck! The non-running days are essential for everyone but especially valuable with ME because of the delayed response to exertion, it does help prevent it all building up to a serious crash (so many programmes involve doing something, however small, every day and don't work)
Well done! You put me to shame. I get migraines after exercise & I'm trying to power through & beat this. On Friday I was really despondent having completed W1 & thinking of giving up. You have inspired me to keep going!

I'm flipping determined to power through & beat this. Just some days it gets to me & I feel like giving up. I'm really enjoying it though.
