Great results at doctors today!!!!

Yayyy. Lost 1 stone with WeightWatchers and running for 30 minutes and blood sugars down from 77.0 in Jan to 62.0 today!!! Here’s hoping they continue to drop! 😁. I’ve told the diabetes nurse to tell her patients about C25K and she’s going to do it herself!

That's fantastic, well done!

Strange but Couch to 5K doesn't seem to be 'pushed' by GP surgeries. It is not mentioned at all in mine! Good that yours is 'on the ball' :)

Keep going oldladyruns. We will get there!

Brilliant - C25K sometimes seems a secret from the NHS. I’ve told two GPs about it at my practice. Bizarre given it does such wonderful things.

We need posters up in the surgeries. Where do we find them????

good point, despite the recent tv push on c25k not many people know about it

in reply to Jullaly

I know a few years back IannodaTruffe organised one, but I don’t know if it was ever superseded by an 'NHS written' one. I don’t know if the admins know, I for one would be happy to take some to my local surgery. It seems such a sham e great programme is invisible to folk.

The poster we produced is here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

The powers that be don't seem interested in producing their own.

Thanks Eeek3. I got a friend who suffers from anxiety to start it and together with yoga she’s loving it.
