Hello y'all ! I am 22 and I had always been sad that I do not give a regular workout for my body. Although I am happy that I started Couch to 5K, I find it very difficult. I am realizing how long have I put off taking care of my health. People in this forum are improving my confidence. Reading through all the medical conditions and age differences and seeing you people still running gives me hopes. Hugs you guys I just do not want to give up.

Week 3 Run 2!
Don't give up! We are all here doing it for different reasons.
Don't listen to the pesky gremlins who might tell you that you can't do it or not today etc. Do it for you and your future! Go girl!
49 year old here - wishing I’d started this at 22! It will be worth it to keep your body healthy for your life! Love yourself and carry on forever!
You start now and you really won't regret it, at your age you have a really good chance of turning your health round for the better, physically and mentally.
I'm over 40 years your senior and others on here are older than me that have benefited even though they started much later in life..

Wish I was 22 (I'm 71) because you have the chance to set a lifetime habit of good habits. I have finished Couch recently, but am doing it again at present after am illness lapse. Please stick at it - it will change your life and hopefully will give you a lifetime of pleasure and health.
