I was a bit anxious about this workout but found it quite easy to achieve, almost found Laura's interruption a bit disruptive. I managed 3.3k in the 20mins of the workout with an average speed of 10km/h. Not sure if that's good or not! Looking forward to week 6!

Wow, week 5, run 3 is a tough one but you did it! Fantastic. Week 6 is also a challenge but you can do it, just continue to take ur time and take one run at a time. You will b surprised that graduation will come quickly now!
Thanks! Quite happy with myself since like most people's I had never done any exercise before starting the course. I've even registered myself to do a 6k run in a couple of months as well as raising money for a charity at the same time.

Well done you- if you can do that run you have made it over what for me was the biggest mental hurdle- a long old run without a break- brilliant! Keep at it 😀
