Saying goodbye to W4 with Postman Pat!

Today’s w4 r3 was interesting! My data had ran out on my phone so my normal choice of the upbeat indie station on Amazon music was not an option. Most of the music on my phone is ballet music to allow my daughter to practise for her show next week or music to keep her entertained in the car so my choice for an alternative was poor! However with the help of the Postman Pat soundtrack I smashed this run and even managed to run for an extra five minutes after the last five minute run! I can run for 10 minutes!!!! Never thought I’d say that!!! Maybe I should run it Postman Pat every time 😂 Week 5 here I come! 🏃‍♀️ 💪😁

Early in the morning, just as day is dawning, he picks up all the parcels in his van. Everybody knows his bright red van ......... its etched on my brain although it’s years ago that the kids were little 😁 🚗🚗🚗
