But I did it, albeit a bit slower I completed week2 run2. I think that I might have to repeat week 2 as I am finding it quite hard and just want my body to get used to jogging ๐โโ๏ธ
My pooch keeps company and I can see him getting fitter to. We are in it together ๐ถ๐โโ๏ธ

Thereโs nothing wrong with repeating runs or weeks (lots of people do) but just be aware you donโt need to just because it was hard. And also remember, whatever youโre doing.. itโs SO much better than the couch๐๐
I had read the 1st link but not the 2nd. It makes a lot of sense of how I am feeling thanks for sharing. I am just goi g to take it a run at a time and if I need to repeat I will ๐ช๐ผ
