Week 3 Run 2 - Stay Calm says Sarah Millican half way through the last 3 minute run!, Stay calm, I am literally Little Bo Peep who lost her sheep, its pea soup out here this morning on the farm. On a positive note, I really aced the run this morning, Ive had 2 days rest and I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed the run. So off I go, hubby in pursuit with quad bike carrying my wellies while I do the run. At the other end quick change of footwear, running shoes getting a lift back to farmhouse in the sheep trailer with a ewe and two lambies while I walk back through the lambing fields. Happy to report all sheep found, happy and well, wk3 run 2 in the bag and me and running shoes drying out next to the aga.

Yes I’m lucky to have places to run and quite honestly I don’t see anyone so it builds confidence as I would be worried about people judging me but I’m getting more confident now
