Yes, you will.

How do I know this? Because you have already done 'better' than me, because I managed 4 runs on each of my first two W1 sessions... and I did keep at it... and I am still running regularly 6 years later. In retrospect, not only was I trying to move too fast in the run sections but I was walking too fast for *me* too.

Do check out the excellent pinned post (over on the right of your screen) FAQ for some really helpful tips.

You're more than half way there and not going backwards... it's all good!

Thank you, good to know it's not automatically doable!

You'll get there, you can repeat weeks/runs.

9 weeks is a rough guide not many of us complete it in that time.

Yep.. if you slow down...You will..honestly.. so many of us felt as you do :)

Check this post for Newbies out... it has loads of great advice:)

Just keep ti gentle and enjoy each run... you will get stronger... and do not be swayed by other posts which boast of fast times and distances... this is a structured plan to get you to 30 minute runs, having had fun and injury free.

Well done you :)

Go sllooowwwwllllyyy. It's really not a race. A fraction faster than a walk. If both feet leave the ground your running. Good luck and stick with it. We've honestly all been there.
