Just Graduated this morning at Sherwood pine Notts park run. 😍😀

Had a cold fluey thing since yesterday but I was determined to complete my graduation run. And I did . 2 hills and feeling crap but still managed in 38minutes . And I didn’t get the pins and needles or swollen figures !! Gonna have a few days off and if I don’t go out Tuesday my next 5km is going to be along the seafront in Spain . Yeah. 10lbs lighter and a lot fitter than January but my journey has just begun 😊

It really does. The 10k improver course next. And looking for 5k fun runs etc. To keep me going. I’m also going to keep trying different parkruns near me x

Wow, well done on time, weight loss.... being able to run through Sherwood pines. Went on hols to the Forest Lodges there a couple of years ago before I starting running and I would LOVE to run through there! Very beautiful.

It really was a lovely run despite the hills xx I’m determined now to start aiming for the 10k and much more weight loss. I’ve been reading some of your posts . Very inspiring x
