Graduated this morning!

Still a bit shocked. Now getting up pre-dawn, throwing on a monstrous pink T shirt and baggy leggings complete these days with a head torch to do my ‘training’. Today it paid off as a rather muddy new runner finished W9R3. Cannot thank the people involved in NHS C25K enough not the wonderful people contributing to this forum. Will celebrate with a little more than a glass of water and a banana tonight!

First of all, congratulations for graduating for C25K and so early in those now rapidly darkening mornings, we now lose 15 minutes a week of daylight in the mornings and evenings for that matter as well. I don't fancy running in the dark but having a headtorch for training is an excellent thing to have, once again well done on graduating.
