W1R3 completed the third run yesterday, though the pace is more slow jog than run. My left ankle was painful through the session and is still sore this morning. I have good sneakers and stretch after each run. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I am keen to have a go at week 2 but do I need to rest for a couple more days?

Well done for starting C25K, if you feel one rest day isn’t enough take two but don’t stop. Trust the program, slow and steady and that includes your breathing. It’s a journey and not a race. You will get to 5k when you get there even if it takes 6 months go at your own speed.
We will be here for you if you need advice, a confidence boost or a kick up the bum.
I’m Steve😊
