Managed the 5 min runs today - took it a bit slower. Dont think its helping that i have 5-7 day gaps between runs due to work!! I cant run after a 12.5hr shift!!

Can run on Fri again this time and then Sun so hopefully will be better.

Slow is good - well I was told this and it took a while for me to get my head around it but it's true - your doing it and that's the main thing X

I got up at 04.30 to run before my 12.5 hour shift. I did it but I wouldn't want to do it again I just didn't want to lose momentum. Is this a madness????
