Completed W4R3 after being stuck on it since January, I told myself I wouldn't move on til I could RUN the 3-5-3-5 mins runs WITHOUT stopping/slowing down, it was a pretty momentous achievement considering I was near quitting a few weeks ago, ready to blame my 5,9" 19st lump of a body, ready to claim I was simply too heavy to run, Like most of my family & work colleagues have told me all along.(nice support eh?) .would've been an easier way out,
But no, never, not quit, not now, not ever!
I'll show them all.

Well done! But remember, there's nothing wrong with slowing down - often that's exactly what's needed in order to be able to complete the required time - just as long as you do keep running. Don't set the bar higher than it has to be - there are absolutely no speed requirements in the programme!
I realised I could of slowed down, but I wanted to keep to my set speeds of 4mph walking 6mph running, anything less I figured I was cheating myself, as a 5k in half an hour will need to be 6.2mph I want to aim for this.
Many people don't run 5k by graduation. Some people don't ever run 5k in 30 minutes. Sometimes going faster than need be can get you stuck trying to complete a run that would be manageable at a slower pace. Speed will come naturally as you progress through the weeks. Well done on getting week 4 in the bag! Enjoy week 5π
Awesome! I've always maintained that my body wasn't made for running, due to weight issues and dodgy knees and back etc...But here we are. You are inspiringly positive..Keep tight hold of that positivity... And keep on not quitting..
