Loved this week, I really enjoyed it. Left knee was hurting on todays run so may need to do some more stretch and strengthening exercises, I've been a bit lazy with those. All in all I've loved week 4. Feel very capable of runs 1 and 2 next week but run 3 is a solid 20 mins running which seems like a big leap. I'm hoping runs 1 and 2 prepare me for it!

It will indeed have prepared you Sarah, the plan builds you up so efficiently just pace yourself don't forget the length of the run and go off like a rocket 👍

I loved week 4 too 😀. You will be fine at week 5. Every run prepares you for the next. Pace yourself, keep stretching and keep hydrated. Take an extra rest day to heal that knee if needed and enjoy week 5!

They will prepare you and you'll enjoy it too. Well done on a solid week. Here's to many more! Embrace Run 3 rather than fear it.

Sarah2706, what a great post to read...you are enjoying it...and so you should. Yes it definitely prepares you but as others have said just be aware of your speed and take it gently the first time. ;-)
