Today I did my last run , what a nightmare , it was raining , my contacts where playing up and my sight was blurry , my running belt came undone , the dog was being an idiot and tripped me and I had to hobble the last 10 mins and my running app stopped working at 7 mins but I did it ππ Thanks for support and advice over last 9 weeks
Nightmare last run : Today I did my last run... - Couch to 5K
Nightmare last run
That's quite a graduation run you've had!! I hope you don't really mean your "last" run and that despite the awful circumstances of your graduation run, you're going to enjoy the next part of your running journey. Well done for keeping at it and celebrate!
Oh gosh no , I already plan to re run this on Fri , minus dog , as I know I can do it and enjoy it and then carry on running 3 x a week and slowly increase the distance , I am signed up for 5k colour rush next month so will defiantly be keeping it up , thank you
Nothing would stop Mamabear getting to the podiumπ...gremlins out aplenty this morning!
Congratulations on completing the program. Your badge looks so shiny, and you did brilliantly...
Your plans sound spot on tooπ
Happy running Graduate πx
Wow..now those are some serious gremlin interruptions!!! Even your DOG turned into a gremlin!!! But you did it...be proud of your achievement...itβs a big one, not just physically but mentally too....now to perfect your new found skill x
Well done Mamabear! And I guess it can only get better from here on! Oh dear. A graduation to remember! You should be very proud as against all odds you did it. Here's wishing you a very happy running future. Congratulations!
Your a trooper.π€ππππ₯π
Many congratulations.ππππββοΈ

Well done for hanging in there! Congratulations π πππππ
Enjoy the feeling ππ
Awesome job finishing..& well done on graduating! I had a proper April Fool's run on Sunday (still trying to finish my 3rd 30 min run!). I actually set off really pleased with myself, & decided to revisit my earlier running route, but just at the 2 km mark a wee spaniel decided to have a bit of a go at me...no worries, I assured him I was friendly & jogged on happily until I realised that my running bra had somehow managed to unzip itself??? There was no way I could continue, so had to cut it short & head back home...still laughing at this now! Hopefully the snow & slush will disappear tonight, & i will get out for another attempt tomorrow.
I'm sorry but I did laugh at your sports bra dilemma, I thought my running belt coming undone was bad enough , we escaped the latest wave of the snow , just got the rain and a little bit of sun poking out
honestly, I just laughed when it happened...I did try to sort it out, but I have to lie down to get it zipped up in the first place!! The ladies walking the spaniels were amused too...told me to nip in the bushes & fix the problem so I had to tell them about my efforts getting it on too... Hopefully it will behave on my next run!!
Reminds me of my only run on a treadmill. Used the school gym- Iβm a teacher. Luckily no students about as I realised as I started my run my sports bra was undone. Did I stop and sort it? Oh no, I carried on whilst trying to hook it back together (still running π³). What I looked like I cannot imagine. I did manage to hook it up and carried on. I can only imagine the site team looking at the CCTV and having a right laugh. π€¦πΌββοΈ
π talk about a run to remember. Very well done ππ»πππ»
Well done on graduating despite the adverse conditions (dog and belt etc) π
Trials and tribulations, and you did it! Fantastic! And also funny - made me laugh, which I needed. So you have graduated whilst battling difficult circumstances and also cheered up a fellow runner - what a star. Well done! ππππππ
But you did it! Even with all of that! Not to mention the 9 weeks that came before that glorious run! Well done
Congratulations! Well done you. You certainly will remember your graduation run π
