We did our last run last night and it was tough because it was so hot. i remember struggling to run for 3 minutes and now I can run for 30. I'm still not keen on running as I much prefer walking but it is great to be able to do both.

Yes it is, and is really useful. It's great for running errands I do it all the time now 🙂
I walk a lot, and it is a good introduction to running, but being able to do both is fab
