Started 8 weeks ago - hated running but Jo Whiley has kept me motivated and I'm now really enjoying getting out and doing the Couch to 5K. I've lost nearly a stone since I started and I'm not dieting - just running - feeling really great because of the programme! Thank you so much for such a simple way to get fit and lose weight!
