I have been unable to run for the last three weeks due to my ankles seizing up after my penultimate run.
This week I started back at week 6 as I thought I probably should break myself in gently. I’ve started running on grass which is a whole new ball game. But I have managed wk6 run 2 without too much puffing and panting.
I’m hoping to do my final run this week. Ankles seem to be ok. I love hearing about everyone’s efforts and the support given is great. I can’t wait to achieve 5k and beyond. I have really enjoyed these two runs getting back into it.
