I have just started and done week 1 run 2 and feel good. I was always keen on running but am now 68 and am awaiting cancer surgery, so using this as a way of getting fitter to aid my recovery.

Well done so far. I have had surgery for a GBM4 and at the moment I can walk and tend to walk quite long distances. With next week being my last week of Chemo I am going to ask the doc if I can start running to bring back the fitness I had after doing the C25K . I am only 56 years young so should be allowed to do the C25K again as long as I do it slowly.

Great job, and I love the attitude. Hope surgery goes well, this will certainly keep you fitter going into it and hopefully soon after it too.
Well done! I'm also 68 been through cancer surgery and now on week 5. Hard work but worth it!
