Week 7 Run 3 complete, Muddy trail and new Saucony Shoes thanks GoGo_JoJo.

Run 3 complete and I went completely off road in a muddy wetlands reserve which was very very wet. Was harder today but had a couple of more days off due to a migraine so not a bad run. Back to the normal trainers on the street for week 8, but had to show a picture of the new trail shoes, thanks to Go Go Jo Jo for her recommendation. They are now a muddy mess so nice to see them box fresh! XX

I love Saucony they are wide in the toe box, which I appreciate.

I picked up a bargain pair at a race last year for less than half price as they were older models

Mine are blue pink and have blue pink laces. Mine are the Peregrine with clips for trail gaiters, which I might get. The gaiters are dead expensive though 🤨

Have fun in them. Trails are the best., 😃👍🏃‍♀️
