My new trainers getting ready to take me out. Best run so far. Even though it started raining when Laura said it was time to slow down. I'm dripping but very happy

Very happy thanks. This is fun isn't it? I wish I had more time to post cos I have so much to share about my progress (scared to go out, getting out, gait analysis etc). I will do soon though because I have been helped so much by this forum .

Oh the lovely purpley ones! I saw them when I got mine but they were too narrow for me! I really wanted purpley too. I am v. jealous but thrilled that you had such a fab outing in them and you got them wet for their christening run too Hope they give you miles of smiles!

My dayglo yellow Asics are much brighter but Mrs Stewie rather likes yours. If I can persuade her to start the C25K journey I can guess what she wants as an incentive!
