Completed today, even while I'm on an Easter break away, really please with my determination, only hope that I can keep it up - I so want to complete to 5k then more.

Hi Janey, well done!! Even doing W1R1 is a fantastic achievement, as getting over the mental barrier to starting C25K and doing the first run is amazing. I reckon week 2 is easier than week 1. Week 1 had far too many silly little runs for me, and all the stopping and starting was exhausting. Just remember to pace yourself, if you feel you are getting tired or feel like stopping, slow down rather than stop.

Hi Janey1, well done you - what determination! You could take a photo of where you are and let it be the first of many happy memories of different places that you have been a running tourist! 😀

This program works really well and our bodies are far more adaptable than we realise, ( I discovered this much to my surprise!) Go relaxed, slowly and gently and enjoy your running adventure!😃
