Best Time to Run?

Any late evening runners?

I never seem to be able to get out for a run in the morning, I think I would end up running into a ditch! But does it really get you going in morning?

i've been up and running by 5.30 am.. and totally knackered by mid afternoon but i really couldn't face running after work in the evening.

I love early morning running, I've tried later in the day and don't run very well at all. (old age I guess). I also find the air quality is better first thing in the morning, the traffic fumes haven't had time to build up too much and being asthmatic the fumes can cause me problems. But you really are better to experiment everyone is different and you also need to take into account your life style and work commitments.

I can't run in the morning as I have 4 kids and my husband is away to work very early so I do my runnning late at night as I also work during the day (I've just arrived back in at 23.30). I much prefer it as it's much cooler and there really isn't anyone about just me and the dog!

There are lots more little flies around in the evnings; I end up eating most of them, so definitely prefer the mornings!

I'm an Olympic sleeper, but I must force myself to get out of bed in the morning and run. I need every minute I can get at night to do DIY and build a house fit for my princess!! :-)

I pretty much go just whenever I can fit it in these days though I used to be a religiously early morninng runner. B ut it can be any time of day now. the routine became less important the longer I did it.

Thouh I should say it probably took me six months to drop it entirely and feel alright about going just on a whim or when I had a gap in my day.

I like to go after work to help de-stress from the day, but I am working at home today so took the opportunity to do it in the morning during the time I would usually be travelling to work and see how it went. I feel really sleepy now..zzzz. (I'm on W2R2). Time for caffeine I think!
