Well I've done it, I've started. Finished work yesterday and went straight to the gym and just did it. Having never run before I was a bit apprehensive and it wasn't easy but I felt so great at the end. Sarah Millican kept me on track and I had great running tracks (as people on here said that was important) and they certainly worked.
