Well I've done it, I've started. Finished work yesterday and went straight to the gym and just did it. Having never run before I was a bit apprehensive and it wasn't easy but I felt so great at the end. Sarah Millican kept me on track and I had great running tracks (as people on here said that was important) and they certainly worked.

Brilliant! Well done you! I used SM as my coach too... loved her!🤣

Keep reading and posting on the forum because you’ll pick up so many useful tips.

Keep very hydrated (even on rest days) make sure you do take those rest days(!) and don’t forget: slow and steady wins this particular race. Good luck!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
