Obviously couch to 5 K is a programme that has goals for you to achieve. Have you set yourself any long or short term goials. If not I suggest you do that.

I think i am stealing IannodaTruffe thunder

Have you read the guide to post C25K running? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

I'm worried about that exact same thing!!

I think we do need to have some kind of goals to achieve 🤔

Yes I’m maybe needing to but I don’t fancy running further as I think 5 k is perfect for my busy life I might try the podcasts on here although the music a bit dodgey

I graduated in nov and now run 7k some days and 4K others . I don’t stress I just go. Once u get into the un structure of the app U learn to love just running as and when and how far r short u fancy . Keep at it x

Doesn't have to be distance, can be speed within the 30min or hill training up and down. That sort of thing.

I'm thinking I want to get to the point of being able to run for up to an hour. This would take me to where my friend is moving to... then tea and a visit and bus back.

I would miss my music... but the podcasts are apparently good. Have you heard of the Zombies run game? I don't really know anything about it but was going to look into it.

I’m managing 5 k in 36minutes almost 50 so think that’s not too bad pretending I’m not bothered about time but would love to do it in 30 minutes really x

I’ve put myself in for the local 5k run. Something to aim for.

Thinking of doing race for life should just sign up for it x

I have found that sticking to a regular routine helps, going out on the same days each week. Also, it's so much more of an incentive when the weather is better than it has been lately.

I have struggled to get out there quite often through the winter, with family issues, icy pavements and wet weather, and the whole thing of it being dark in the evenings too.

The times that I have made the effort though, it has been so worth it. Maybe a running buddy would help?

I work 12.5 hour days and nights so just fit run in when I can
