Looking in this forum has been a great help to me so I felt the need to post this.
I recently finished the Couch to 5k a few weeks back and have been in a bit of a limbo as to where I go from there? Many people have told me to just keep going over week 9 but as I’ve already completed it, it just didn’t seem to give me the same kinda motivation. I even gave up a few times thinking it was too hard to go out there and run for 30mins. Been a real worry for me that the hard work I’d put in over this time was now gonna be wasted. That was until I was put on to this great app. The Nike running club. Proper game changer for me. The guided runs have helped sooooo much. I’m now going out 3-4 times a week still maintaining the days rest inbetween and it’s been great. I missed having someone to motivate and talk me through the run and it’s been amazing since. I realise everyone is different but I used to think far too much about the run. Times, distance, PB’s and all that, but with the help of this app I don’t even realise what I’m doing or how far I’ve ran for. Its become so natural and great for taking u out of the moment and just break it all down in to manageable chunks of achievement. Highly recommend it to all of u. I’ve seen many post on here for those running at various stages of the program but not much about “What next?”. Hope this helps those who need that little extra push when they feel they’ve already achieved what they set out to do but still need to continue the great work that’s been done. Happy running guys 👍🏻

Coach Bennett runs on Nike are amazing and have got me through many tough runs. I even used one on my half marathon back in November. I have enjoyed some of the timed runs with the legends too... very inspirational stuff. Hopefully they’ll do versions for race day soon... one that had me racing 5k the right way would be very handy.
Can I ask which runs you guys use. I've just had a look at the app again and I'm a bit wary of setting out on a run that's too fast. My 5k PB is 32.40, but I don't want to run like that all the time. The longest I've run is 8.6k in an hour, which is a pace I much prefer. Any suggestions?
