Graduation post!

Well I've only gone and done it!! Finished work at a reasonable time so decided to complete my w9r3 on the treadmill at my gym (get me....... I didn't have a gym 7-8 weeks ago) so I could have a few minutes recovery in the steam room afterwards. I have been using Sarah Millican as my guide on the app, and also the treadmills at the gym have the option of watching TV whilst completing the workout. Imagine my surprise, when half through my 30 minutes, and during a commercial break in the chase (what else to watch whilst running!) the voice of Sarah popped into my headphones. Not the usual encouraging words to tell me just ten more minutes, no these new words were advertising Tesco's rainforest alliance chocolate on a commercial on the TV! Not really what I wanted to hear but ten minutes later I was done with Sarah as I completed my run! I think I will use this as a hint to hit the streets a bit more and use the treadmill less for my post-grad runs.........

Great work 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m guessing you were doing 9:3, not 3:3 like your post says, or something has gone seriously wrong with your app 😂

I did celebrate a little last night but today is another day. Been thinking about my next run (tomorrow) all morning whilst driving to work for two hours........... Another park run or just a steady 30 mins?
