I really can’t believe I’ve done it. This program really works and I cant recommend it enough. From being really unfit and not exercising for about 20 years I can now run for 30 minutes without feeling like I’m going to die 😂

Thanks to everyone for the help and advice throughout my journey, long may it continue.

So bloody proud of myself 😀

Well done! I graduated last Friday and it’s a wonderful feeling.

Sadly I have gone down with an awful cough and cold and haven’t run since 🙁. Hoping I can start consolidation runs next week.

Yeay, fantastic, well done, me too a week ago, I'm now doing consolidation as well as running Parkruns and preparing to do longer distances, building up slowly over time. Enjoy now and enjoy the next steps, Angus
