Had all my excuses lined up this morning. Legs still a bit tired, late work last night, slept badly, stressful day ahead.
Managed to get up and go out anyway. Legs felt fine on the warm up walk and by the time I’d run for 5 minutes my mind was fixed too (and has been for the whole day).
Week 9, run completed. Even managed the dip down to the canal at half way (steeper back up than I thought) and a sort of sprint at the end.
If in doubt ... run 😀😀
