Graduated! now where to?

I graduated at the weekend and feel very pleased with myself. First goal achieved! But I know I am slow, averaging 13 minutes per mile. I would like to get this to under 10 minutes. Does anyone know of a programme or app I could use to motivate and guide me towards this goal? I am happy to do it slowly! Thanks!

Keep posting for motivation, there are many of us who run slowly, but we still get there. The more running you do, the stronger and faster you will become. Enjoyment is more important than speed.😊

Here is a link to what to do next. ..
