So I first reached week eight 3 weeks ago, and then lost steam and energy. Posting on here got me great support and advice and I dropped back to getting out there for fun only and forget pushing myself for a while.
Limiting myself to 15 minute fun runs has really worked (never thought when I started week one I'd find 15 minutes fun and easy!!) And then last weekend, it happened, my mojo returned and I sailed through 15 minutes with barely noticing it and went on to complete 28 minutes.
My next goal was to repeat this and get past where I got stuck before, namely the 2nd run of week 8, but I completed that without out too much difficulty on Monday and today did run 3. It's taken 13.5 weeks to get to this point but I am absolutely delighted with myself.
Thanks every one so much for your support when I was struggling. I now know I can have difficult weeks and come out the other side.
