Woohoo! Congratulations Lass! That’s fantastic!! You need to shout that a lot louder. What an achievement! You’ve done brilliantly. 🎊🎉🎊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

You need to go to the graduation. badges post and ask for your graduate badge.

As for running now -

Ask yourself why you started running in the first place. Focus on those goals. I doubt it was purely to run 30 mins.

Then the general advice is to carry on running for 30 mins for another 2 to 3 weeks before thinking about the next thing. Our bodies have a lot of catching up to do in terms of our muscle and bone development. Mostly just enjoy!

If you really need the structure of knowing the timings there’s nothing to stop you running with wk 9 Laura.

Good luck! 😁

Go on the website (Not the app). Scroll down to the bottom and there is a post called June graduation badges or something like that. Hope you find it! 😀

You get used to running solo very quickly 👍🏽

Do a ParkRun if you haven’t already. The time is a great motivator to continue running 👍🏽

You could bridge to 10k too with ju-ju-‘s plan over on the other forum 👌🏽
