So I am now embarking on the next phase of becoming a more proficient runner. No longer have Jo Wiley to motivate me so it's up to me and setting my own small goals.
Today ran the Park Run route and wanted to see how far I could run in 30 minutes. I now have a target to try and beat next time as my stamina and pace improve. Happy days and feeling proud of myself!

There’s nothing to stop you visiting Jo when you want to, e.g. some people continue to use the W9 podcasts at times, others use W1 with faster/ slower running, rather than walk/run. Enjoy! 😀
