Hi all

I graduated about 6 weeks ago but due to holiday, weather and injured shoulder haven’t run for 4 weeks- what week do you think I should go back to ? To get on track again

Thank you

You’ve graduated. You don’t need to go back any weeks. Just go out and run. If you only manage 20 mins, build up from there. It shouldn’t have affected your stamina though

You should do what ever you are comfortable with. Many graduates choose to rebuild following a break. Others have no plan and just run to see where it takes them. If rebuilding is what you prefer to do, week six is a good one to do. Then take it from there, you will be fine runner.

Head out and do a gentle jogette :) See how it feels then decide if you feel like heading out a few weeks back or to move on:)

started out and kept going for 30 mins I knew I had done before so couldn't let myself down- have to work on getting some speed back and I wasn't fast to start with 😊

Have you checked out IannodaTruffe 's post, What's next? There are lots of ideas there:)

A few more 30 minute runs, and have you tried the C25K + podcasts? They are great fun and a lot more challenging than folk imagine. I love them still :)
