Not necessarily on purpose but I've taken a few days off from running. I was out all weekend at Comic-Con and Thorpe Park so in truth I just didn't have the time.
I'm still over the moon that I can run for 30 minutes. It's a massive milestone for me. I know its important though that I have goals in mind to continue to improve. I'm raising money for charity and I'm planning on doing some 5k sponsored runs. So my goal now is to run 5k in 30 minutes. Right now I can almost run 4k - so mostly I'll be tracking my progress on here to reach my new goal.
To my fellow graduates: if you didn't reach 5k in your final week 9 run, what have you done/are doing to get to the 5k? Can't wait to get there!

Only 10% of people who have ran W9R3 and graduated have ran 5K in 30 minutes and like you Zee221b I graduated by running 4.2km on run 3 of week 9. If you wish to increase distance to 10K there are many podcasts like B210K which will help you.
After my 3 consolidation weeks I extended my run each time until I got to 5k. It is recommended to increase your weekly time by only 10% so don’t go too far too soon. So maybe do 2 30 min runs and then 1 40 min run and see how you go from there.
How are you tracking your distance? I was disheartened that when I graduated my phone app was telling me I'd only run 4k. I then plotted my route on' mapometer ' on my pc and I'd actually run 4.6K - a real morale booster ! Good luck.
