Week 2 run 2

Just completed week 2 run 2πŸ˜†. First 90 seconds really hard and I was out of breath. Subsequent run bursts were easier apart from second from last. I am running so slowly in order to keep going though! 😳

Well done! Great stuff πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

Continue going only very slowly. This programme is all about finishing each session, nothing else matters. Do them slowly and you’ll nail them. Going slowly saves puff to get you round the course

Very much about tortoise rather than hare, which is why it works so well for everyone πŸ‘πŸ™‚

That's what it's all about. As slow as you need to go to complete each one. πŸ‘ don't worry, you're doing great 😁
