I did it!

I got up this morning at 6:30 and completed w9r3! So chuffed with myself. Ran every second day, except last week, had a longer break because of snow/ice. Pushed myself when I wanted to give up. I am not a particularly self motivated person, so accomplishments on various levels. Ran in wind, rain, frost, - 6° and snow. Looking forward to my running future and being willing to push myself in other areas to. Next goal, work up to doing a local park run.

Cyber, it comes up next to your name, i think you need to be logged onto the Nhs healthunlocked C25k website to see it..but its worth logging on for😉..
